Learning Guitar The Easy Way

Before the internet, learning guitars is really a hard task. If you can’t afford enrolling to music schools, you are less likely to learn playing or even reading music. However, since the internet has been a gateway of information, people learn guitars the easy way.

There are tons of instructional videos on the internet, let alone the sites where you will find scales, playing tips, and some tabs for popular songs. Indeed, today’s generation has more access to music compared to the time where mix tapes are the only way to actually learn to play a song.

Moving is hard

I'm really glad that we still haven't moved to a new apartment. We've been in the same apartment for two years now and we'll probably stay longer as long as nothing goes wrong. While it's nice to move to a brand new place, the actual moving of things is really a pain in the butt. We're a family of four so we do have a lot of stuff and we don't really have any material handling equipment like a dolly. So hopefully our apartment right now stays the same until we decide to get a house.

My new winter boots...

Yesterday I went to my favorite shoe store which is DSW. I went there with the purpose of getting my self a pair of new winter boots. To my luck, the store was having a post black friday sale. Most of the womens boots were on sale. So instead of buying a pair I was able to get two pairs. I bought a pair of black leather winter boots and another pair of snow boots. Hey, it's not I just like to go shopping but with the weather here in Chicago boots are pretty important. I guess now I'm ready for another winter storm in Chicago. I'll post a photo of my new boots next time ^_^x

Christmas Shopping is around the corner

This coming  Christmas my husband and I are thinking of getting an Xbox 360. Although we already own a PS3 there are still some games that are exclusive on Xbox that we would like to play. First, we thought we'll just get the old Xbox360 but then we realized it doesn't come with wifi. We would either need to use a cable for the internet or a n xbox wireless adapter. So instead we decided that if we do get one we'll just go for the new slim Xbox with the Kinect bundle. I'm sure the kids will enjoy the Kinect features.

Since I mentioned the exclusive games on Xbox, here are some titles that are worth checking out: Gears of War 3, Halo: Reach, Fable II and the Kinect games. Oohh, can't wait for Christmas.
